Who We Are
Ryan Korth
Born and raised in the small town of Platte Center, Nebraska. Ryan graduated from Lakeview High School before pursuing further education at Southeast Community College, earning an Associate's degree in Electrical Technology.
With over two decades of experience in the industrial construction field, Ryan brings a
wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He is deeply committed to fostering a
company culture where employees feel valued and at home. Outside of work, Ryan is a devoted family man who takes great joy in supporting his children's various sports activities, including wrestling, baseball, softball, volleyball, and
basketball. When he's not cheering from the sidelines, Ryan can often be found working with his upland bird dog or pursuing his passion for hunting elk, white-tail deer, and mule deer. His love for nature and outdoor pursuits reflect his
adventurous spirit and appreciation for the natural world.
Timothy Sky
Tim moved to Columbus, Nebraska at a young age and graduated from Columbus High School. Having been in the electrical industry for the last decade, he understands the needs and wants of local contractors, businesses, and homeowners. Married with five children, Tim's evenings are filled with activities such as soccer, football, gymnastics, and wrestling. As a resident of Nebraska, Tim catches as many Husker football games as he can.
Grant Gadeken
Grant specializes in sales and business development, steering the company's growth strategies and developing industry relationships. With over a decade of experience in the electrical industry, Grant combines his market insights and networking expertise to create new partnerships.
A proud graduate of the University of Nebraska Kearney, Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. His career began as a Sales Engineer in Nashville, TN at Eaton Corp, a global power management company. Following this, he relocated to the Midwest, and worked in Industrial Sales as the Northeast Nebraska representative for 3E (Electrical Engineering & Equipment). Grant continued to broaden his sales expertise by dealing in large agricultural and construction equipment, which further grew his business development skills.
Grant is married with three kids, and when not at work, he's often found outdoors hunting or engaging in various outdoor activities. He also enjoys tackling DIY projects, coaching his kids' sports teams, and nurturing their active involvement in the community.
